Dear Friends,
Please join Climate Smart Missoula for the 6th Annual Missoula Climate & Clean Energy Expo on Saturday, September 28th, 2024 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm at Caras Park in Missoula. Let's build community momentum toward a clean energy future and reach more Missoulians than ever!

Two ways you can participate:

Exhibitors: We have spaces available for businesses and organizations in the fields of renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainability, climate action and other related topics to host activities, display information, and/or demonstrate their services.
Sponsorship Opportunities: Demonstrate your commitment to a vibrant, low-carbon future and gain exposure for your organization or business by becoming an Expo sponsor! A variety of sponsorship options are available - see below.

Exhibitor/Tabling Fees

On or before September 6, 2024
$50 for non-profits**
$150 for businesses

After September 6, 2024
$75 for non-profits
$200 for businesses

** Tabling fees help us offset some of the costs of hosting this free community event. However, we don't want cost to be a barrier to participation for small organizations. Please email Abby to discuss alternate arrangements.

Please complete the registration form and payment. Payment can be made online via Square (**scroll down** to the bottom of this page to make your selection) or via check payable to Climate Smart Missoula, PO Box 8945, Missoula, MT 59807.

Note: Registration through this form does not guarantee acceptance. Climate Smart Missoula staff will confirm your participation. Tabling space is limited to locally-based organizations and businesses that are in alignment with the event's mission to promote local climate solutions and clean energy.
