Adaptation ​Resources 

Climate Ready Missoula, Missoula's first-ever climate resiliency plan, is a great place to learn about Missoula is doing to become more resilient. 
Explore the plan at climatereadymissoula.org.

The plan includes a climate primer on what climate change means for Missoula County, the vulnerabilities Missoula faces given climate change, and a series of goals and strategies that will increase Missoula County's resiliency.

  • American Public Health Association has a wealth of information here. 
  • 2016 US Climate and Health Assessment - a detailed look at health impacts in nine arenas.  This excellent report is summarized nicely here, with specific descriptions of equity and vulnerable populations, including children, elderly, those with health conditions, and low-income people.
